We are so proud of Riley. Last night He had his 8th grade promotion ceremony. He was on the Honor Roll. Riley is a good kid. He has been blessed with the gift of seeing good in anyone. He is a lot of help to his Dad and I. Last night I told him to go tell his teachers thanks, instead he went over and gave them all a big hug. He had the best cheerleading section of course, well three of the cutest anyway. We want Riley to know how much we love him.

Baylee's kindergarten teacher was the best!!! She made a video for each of the kids. We love all the staff that works with Baylee at the school!!!!

The Love of Family

I love this picture that Shy sent me. I know how much these little ones are loved by our family. You can tell by Baylee Rae's face that she loves Shy so much. This is the look that melts your heart. The "I LOVE YOU" look. (Or, Maybe it's the how about a pinch or a bite look) I am so amazed at the changes this little angel has made in our family. I know we all cherish the little things because that is what helps us through the tougher times. Shy, thank you for this. It came at a time when I needed it most. I love you so much. If there is on thing I love most about my family is they are always there for a shoulder to cry on, or to give you the laughter you so desperatley need. All I can say is THANK YOU and I LOVE YOU!!!!

Tribute to my Mother

Mother I love you. Mother I do. Father in Heaven has sent me to you. When I am near you I love to hear you singing so softly that you love me to. Mother I love you. I love you. I do!!! Mom, Happy Mothers Day! There are no words to express the love I have for my Mother. She is and has always been the kind of mother every child wishes for. Thank you so much for the love and support you have given me. You and Dad have taught us kids how important it is to stay close as a family. I think this is something you both learned from your mothers. I am glad you passed this along. I love my brothers and my sister and I know we will always have a bond that a lot of other families may never get to experience. Mom, you are such a beautiful person inside and out. GOOOOOOO GRIZZZZZZZ!!!! What a cutie pie. Gracee makes me laugh all the time. She has inherited the Olsen sense of humor. Today the girls went to the dentist and Cierra would be so proud of them and their mother too. The dentist said that their teeth were so clean and looked amazing. Baylee and Kynslee both recieved no cavity awards!YEA! I have made a goal to brush and floss their teeth at least twice a day and it has paid off. Kynslee told the dentist that she even uses mouth wash at night. She swishes it around and spits those sugar bugs right out.

We are all missing Blakester. It is going to be hard on Riley to come home and not have anyone to shadow. Look out Lori! Maybe Shy Shy will let him tag along. We are so proud of Blake. Blake is one of the words Baylee can say, so for they next two years it is my goal to keep her saying this. She loves Blake too. By the way Blake, Riley says thanks for the clothes, guns, bed, etc.

Could Gracee be any cuter? She is so fun and full of Attitude. She loves Mickey Mouse clubhouse, talking to Walker(grandma cow), on the phone, and singing songs. Her favorite are Bringing home a baby bumble bee, monkeys jumping on the bed, and itsy bitsy spidee. She says Greggo, Bampa, Bubba bite finger, KY Ky spank crying, Mommy stop, yea pee pee in potty good girl, Baylee Bae, among a bunch of other words in her bossy tone. My favorite is when she slaps me in the face or gives me a pinch and just before I start to fake cry she says sorry Mama sorry and gives me a love around the neck. I can't help but play the game.

We love love love our neighbors Uncle Al, Grandma Janice, and their family. They are our family away from home. Today Al(who is also one of Riley best friends) took Riley's helmet out to him and told him the Sheriff called and said anyone under sixteen had to where a helmet while mowing the lawn. So Riley put it on. We laughed so hard. I had to get the camera out. I am sure Riley knew Al was giving him a bad time, but he played along for a minute. He is such a good kid he watched the girls for us so we could go to dinner. Not very often does he complain and he either has the girls changed and asleep or they are playing all together. I couldn't ask for a better son.

Baylee had her Kindergarten program Tuesday. They were monkeys. How fitting for her. This is one of her Paras Brooke. In the morning she has a different Para, Trish. They are so awesome with her. I love all the people who work with Baylee. I could never thank them enough for all the love and support they give Ba and I. There is a new song by Collin Raye called She's with me. I'm not sure I love the tune, but the message is good. If you get a chance listen to it.

Kynslee is definatley 4 going on 14. She was named after her Aunt Lori. Kyns loves fashion and shopping. Yesterday she told me that at Shopko they had swimming suits for 5 dollars that made them practically free. Aunt Lori I hope she has made you proud. She also told Riley he needed to do his seat belt up when they went to Bronc's or her would get a saftey violation from the cops. I love her so much she keeps me on my toes!

Kynslee had her gymnastic show this week. She can do cartwheels like no other!!! She loves her teacher Princess Erin on Tuesdays, And Deana on Wednesdays for tumble and dance. Kyns definitly has the personality and facials to make it as a star. If you don't believe me ask her.

Riley is so excited, after 3 years the braces have come off!!! He seems so grown up lately. Other than being picked on all the time. We power raked the lawn this weekend and Riley let us know that we were not going to make him work on his weekend. Kids say the funniest things. He help put the swing and the trampoline together. He likes to see his sisters have a good time even if he doesn't admit it.

Little miss Baylee Rae. Baylee has been struggling with her walking. Now she is at a point where we have to go with afos that are higher on her legs for more support. We also are ordering a walker, at first this was suppose to be for occasional support, and now for her safety she will have to use it on a regular basis. She has worn the knees out on a lot of her pants from crawling, and you can tell her confidence in walking is not there. Baylee seems to adjust fine, but for some reason it has been harder on me. When we struggle with things in our life it makes us stronger, but to see our kids struggle breaks my heart. I worry about the things to come with her lose of walking. I am amazed at the faith this little child must have to be willing to come to this earth and face these challenges. I am proud to be her mother. I love my kids.

This is Gracee pretending to sleep on the dash. We had an eventful weekend. We were headed to Idaho to a funeral, and because of the bad storm the road closed and we were stuck in Lima. After 18hrs, a bag of puffed Cheetos , milk duds, licorice, and a few luchables the road opened. It was a long night to say the least. We drove 109mph and made it to the funeral 20 min late. I would go through this all over again to support our family. I think this is something we will never forget. Thank you to all those who kept us in your prayers. 18hrs in the van with Jas the kids and I we needed all the prayers we could get.

It is what it looks like. Kynslee felt bad because Baylee got her hair cut. Instead of cutting her hair off I let her get highlights. She could hardly wait for the day to come. She wanted purple highlights at first. Luckily Jan talked her into low and highlights. Kyns said I was going to be so jealous. She said she was so excited and that everyone would be so "IMPRESSED". Maybe we have created a monster. She was so cute at Jan's salon. It made my day to watch her eyes light up and for her to feel special too. When we came home Riley told her he didn't like them (pause sad face) he said he loved them. You should have seen her glow. Thanks Jan for making a four year old have the best day of her whole life.

The new highlights and lowlights

The sun has come over the mountain. We have started biggest loser as a family. We purchased a treadmill. Jas kept asking all the salesmen about ones you can run on. This made me laugh. I asked Riley what he thought of his dad running. He said he thought Jas would lay in bed and say p on it I'm too tired. After we got the treadmill and put it together Kyns ran on it for about 20 sec. She then came and asked how she looked. Her uncle Eric said this was the kind of results he liked. Run around the couch and then get on the scale. The next night Kyns wanted to get on the treadmill. She wanted to lose weight. Riley told her she was skinny ans didn't need to lose(which was nice for him) Kyns said don't say that Riley, Dad is not fat either! Again I laughed!!! So I guess it is on.

Gracee has time out in the corner

Gracee has started time out in the corner. She stood there with Kyns the other night. We laughed, and now she has begun taking her diaper off and has been in the corner for her own naughty doings!!! Maybe it is time to potty train.

WE TOOK BAYLEE TO PRIMARY CHILDRENS LAST WEEK. THE DOCTOR SAID THE FACT THAT BAYLEE HAS ANY WORDS AND THAT SHE CAN COMMUNICATE PUT HER AT A WHOLE DIFFERENT LEVEL. I WAS HAVING HER DO ALL HER TRICKS. SHE CAN SAY MAMA, DADDY, BUBBA ,GROWL ,HEIDI, YES, NO, DANG MEANIE, CIERRA ,NANA, AND A FEW OTHERS. MY FAVORITE NEW THING SHE DOES HER UNCLE JOHN TAUGHT HER WAS WHAT DOES A COW SAY. YEP, SHE CAN SAY MOOOO!!! JASEN GAVE ME THE LOOK, BUT AS A MOTHER THERE SEEMS TO BE ONLY A FEW TIMES IN LIFE THAT YOU GET ANY ACCREDIDATION. WHAT CAN I SAY? THE GIRLS STAYED WITH CONNIE AND ERIC. I AM SURE THIS WAS A BIG CHANGE TO HAVE GIRLS AROUND. RILEY WENT TO JOHN AND LORI'S. WE STAYED WIT JON AND CIERRA. WE WERE ABLE TO SEE MY AUNT DONNA ANS FAV COUSIN JANA. I WANT MY FAMILY TO KNOW HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE ALL THERE HELP AND LOVE AND SUPPORT. WITHOUT MY FAMILY I WOULD NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!

EVIL KNIEVEL(RILEY) WHO NOW HAS A BAD SPRAINED HAND, TWO SCRAPED UP KNEES AND ELBOWS, AND ONE BIG DOCTOR BILL WHICH HIS DAD WILL HELP PAY FOR ENCOURAGING THIS.

PINE BASIN IS A GOODY FAMILY FAVORITE!!! WE HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR AT LEAST 13YRS. THE KIDS HAVE SO MUCH FUN GETTING TO KNOW THERE COUSINS AND TUBING DOWN THE HILL. WE HAVE BUILT SO MANY FUN A MEMORABLE TIMES TOGETHER. THIS IS A TRADITION I HOPE NEVER ENDS!
